Service & Maintenance

JHA Entertainment can offer any venue large or small a comprehensive service and maintenance contract to give you piece of mind. Our engineers are Martin Professional trained.

As with any venue build-up of dust and smoke in the internals of your sound and lighting equipment can cause serve problems with the workings of the equipment and it reliability its even been known for equipment to cause fires due to severe dust build up.

JHA Entertainment can send a technician to your site and service and repair the equipment on site. If parts are required we can normally get them next working day to minimise down time.

We can organise monthly basic service of your equipment to help prevent problems before they occur. We can also provide 24 hour technical support and call out to give you piece of mind

Lighting fixture maintenance £25 per hour + parts if needed

Full strip down, fan cleaning, lens and gobo cleaning, lamp alignment, voltage testing, wire condition, visual and operational checks

Sound system maintenance £25 per hour + parts

CD Player lens cleaning, mixer condition check, fader operation, x- over settings, speaker condition amp fan cleaning and testing.

A full service report is provided for each fixture so that records can be accurately kept about your equipment.
